Where Do Our Lost Parcels Come From?
The parcels we offer come from undelivered, returned, or abandoned orders.
They were originally intended for customers who, for various reasons (wrong address, long absence, parcel refusal, etc.), never received their package.
These customers were all refunded by the platforms, and the parcels remained stored, sometimes forgotten.
